Yes we are RICS Regulated Chartered Surveyors and Members of the RICS. We complete ongoing learning and development (CPD) and are also registered under the Valuer Registration Scheme.
How do I book a survey?
Contact us and we will take the details so that we can contact the agent/vendor and make the booking. We will email confirmation of this.
When is it best to have the survey?
This is best undertaken as soon as possible after your offer has been accepted. If you are waiting on a mortgage valuation, we normally recommend instructing us after this has been completed.
When do I pay for the survey?
We send an invoice after the inspection has been completed.
